Paul Oster has worked with the Wheeler family since 1998 when he joined Electro-Wire Products as Corporate Controller. Since 1995 Paul has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for TMW. Paul brings over 25 years of wide ranging experience serving as a financial executive in various capacities for a number of domestic and international entities associated with TMW and it's predecessor, Electro-Wire, as well as with prior affiliations. Paul's area of

oversight include corporate financings, cash management, real estate and risk management activities for TMW and its affiliate organizations. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, having previously worked for Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Whinney. Paul serves as a member of the board of directors of Amerigon and Pullman Industries.
