Prior to joining TMW Enterprises in 2007, Phil was Managing Director & CEO of Magneti Marelli North America. He was responsible for overall integration and coordination of the five operating product sectors of Marelli in North America. Prior to working for Magneti Marelli, Phil worked at one of the former holdings of TMW, Pullman Industries. At Pullman, he was Group Vice President responsible for global sales, marketing and technical partnerships. In 1992 Phil joined LDM Technologies and held

positions in new business development, marketing, strategic planning and division management. Phil joined General Motors in 1981 and worked in several functional areas including product engineering, manufacturing and purchasing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA-International Business from Wayne State University and completed the Advanced Executive Program Series at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
